Since 2007...

Arşen Process® Inc. is a Turkey-based process company. Founded in 2007 by Selçuk Fatih Şentürk, it initially focused on turnkey plant installations and process development for the petroleum and chemical industries. Since 2010, following its R&D activities, the company has specialized entirely in developing processes using Supercritical CO2 extraction technology. It is one of the first three companies in the world to implement this technology on a conventional scale. In 2012, Arşen Process® designed and built Turkey's first fully domestic prototype—a supercritical extraction system with a 56-liter volume and capable of operating at 250 BAR—initiating its own experimental studies.

Alongside Supercritical CO2 extraction technology, Arşen Process® Inc. also develops innovative processes based on sustainability and advanced recycling. By addressing specific needs and enhancing conventional systems, the company creates innovative processes through R&D activities. These include energy efficiency improvements, obtaining high value-added products using advanced Supercritical CO2 extraction methods, isolating valuable natural plant compounds, conducting sterilization studies, substance synthesis, and much more.

Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) Technology

Molecular Dstillation Technology

Molecular distillation allows the high-purity separation of heat-sensitive compounds under high vacuum. This technology is effective in purifying heat-sensitive compounds such as CBD, vitamins, essential oils, and pharmaceutical products. Molecular distillation is used to separate compounds with very low boiling points, enhancing the quality of products. This process typically consumes less energy and is more environmentally friendly compared to chemical processes.
